The Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Policy) regulates the way in which the company Simply
Charge d.o.o., with headquarters in Vilsonovo šetalište number 10, 71 000 Sarajevo,
Bosnia and Herzegovina, ID number: 4203266890004 (hereinafter: Company) collects,
processes and keeps the personal data of the users of its services (hereinafter: Clients).
We use your data in accordance with the current Personal Data Protection Act (Official
Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 49/06) and the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR).
The policy applies to the services we offer to Clients.
1. Required data
Simply Charge d.o.o., from its Clients, collects data that is necessary for the
establishment and implementation of quality service provision.
• Name and surname of the User, e-mail address, telephone number
• Payment data (card number, transaction data)
• Information about the location of the charger
• Type of charger;
• City or country location;
The above data are used exclusively for the purposes of service execution.
2. Security and data protection
In the process of using the Client’s personal data, the Company will take all necessary
measures in order to protect their integrity and confidentiality.
If any security incident occurs, the Company will take all necessary measures and
inform the competent authorities about the risks and possible consequences as soon as
possible.
Upon termination of use of the service, all the Client’s data are deleted and will not be
used for the purposes for which they were used until then.
3. Use and sharing of data
We can share the Client’s personal data with third parties only in the following
circumstances:
• With your consent, when you have given permission to share your data
• Based on the legal obligation, the Company can submit your data to courts,
prosecutor’s offices, police and tax authorities, as well as other law enforcement
agencies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to the extent that we are legally obliged to do so.
4. Legal basis for data collection
The legal basis for data collection is contained in Art. 2 and Art. 6th item. a) and b) of
the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH 49/06), which
includes the collection of data in order for the potential User of the service to enter into a
contractual relationship with the Company and use the service for which he is
interested.
5. Rights of the Client
In accordance with the provisions of this Policy and applicable regulations, as our Client
you have the following rights:
• To know what personal data we use and how we process it.
• If you notice incorrect or incorrectly processed information, you have the right to ask
for its correction.
• If you believe that there is no longer a need to process your data, you can exercise the
right to delete your personal data processed by the Company.

7. Security of payment
Your data and confidentiality is secured and protected.
For online payment, we use the Monri Payment Gateway, which is certified according to
the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.
The company Simply Charge d.o.o. does not store credit card numbers and the
numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
8. Changes to the Policy
This Policy is subject to changes, and users will be notified in a timely manner via e-mail
address of any changes to the provisions.

Politika privatnosti
Politika privatnosti (u daljem tekstu: Politika), reguliše način na koji društvo Simply
Charge d.o.o.,sa sjedištem u Vilsonovo šetalište broj 10, 71 000 Sarajevo, Bosna i
Hercegovina, ID broj: 4203266890004 (u daljem tekstu: Društvo) prikuplja,
obrađuje i čuva lične podatke korisnika svojih usluga (u daljem tekstu: Klijenti).
Vaše podatke koristimo u skladu sa važećim Zakonom o zaštiti ličnih podatak
(Službeni glasnik BiH 49/06) i Općom Uredbom o zaštiti podataka (GDPR).
Politika se primjenjuje na usluge koje nudimo Klijentima.
1. Potrebni podaci
Simply Charge d.o.o., od svojih Klijenata, prikuplja podatake koji su potrebni za
uspostavu i realizaciju kvalitetnog pružanja usluge.
Ime i prezime Korisnika, e-mail adresa, broj telefona
Podatke o plaćanju (broj kartice, podaci o transakcijama)
Podaci o lokaciji punjača
Vrsta punjača;
Lokaciju grada ili države;
Navedeni podaci se koriste isključivo za potrebe izvršenja usluge.
2. Sigurnost i čuvanje podataka
U procesu korištenja ličnih podataka Klijenata, Društvo će poduzeti sve neophodne
mjere u cilju zaštite integriteta i povjerljivosti istih.
Ukoliko dođe do bilo kakvog sigurnosnog incidenta, Društvo će poduzeti sve
potrebne mjere i u što kraćem roku obavijestiti nadležna tijela o rizicima i mogućim
posljedicama.
Prestankom korištenja usluge, svi podaci Klijenta se brišu i neće biti korišteni za
svrhe za koje su do tada bili korišteni.
3. Korištenje i dijeljenje podataka
Lične podatke Klijenta možemo dijeliti sa trećim stranama isključivo u sljedećim
okolnostima:
Uz Vašu saglasnost, kada ste dali odobrenje za dijeljenje Vaših podataka
Na osnovu Zakonske obaveze, Društvo može dostaviti Vaše podatke
sudovima, tužilaštvima, policijskim i poreznim organa, kao i drugim
agencijama za provedbu zakona Bosne i Hercegovine, u onoj mjeri u kojoj
smo to zakonski obavezni.
4. Pravni osnov za prikupljanje podataka
Pravni osnov za prikupljanje podataka sadržan je u čl. 2. i čl. 6. tač. a) i b) Zakona o
zaštiti ličnih podataka BiH (Službeni glasnik BiH 49/06), a koji podrazumijeva
prikupljanje podataka kako bi potencijalni Korisnik usluge stupio u ugovorni odnos sa
Društvom i koristio uslugu za koju je zainteresovan.
5. Prava Klijenta
U skladu sa odredbama ove Politike i važećih propisa, kao naš Klijent imate slijedeća
prava:
Da znate koje lične podatke koristimo te na koji način ih obrađujemo.
Ukoliko primijetite netačan ili pogrešno obrađen podatak imate pravo tražiti
ispravku istog.
Ukoliko smatrate da nema više potrebe za obradom Vaših podataka, možete
ostvariti pravo na brisanje Vaših ličnih podataka koje je Društvo obrađivalo.

7.Sigurnost plaćanja
Vaši podaci i tajnost istih je osigurana i zaštićena.
Za online plaćanje koristimo Monri Payment Gateway koji je certifikovan prema PCI
DSS Level 1 sigurnosnom standardu propisanom Visa i Mastercard pravilima.
Društvo Simply Charge d.o.o. ne pohranjuje brojeve kreditnih kartica i brojevi nisu
dostupni neovlaštenim osobama.
8. Izmjene Politike
Ova Politika je podložna izmjenama, a o eventualnom mijenjanju odredbi korisnici će
biti blagovremeno obavješteni putem e-mail adrese.
